Priced at only $80, the EasyPC E790 from MenQ might be the cheapest netbook in the market today. Measuring 395mm x 278mm x 35mm and weighing 3.1Kg, the Dospara Prime Note Galleria IW retails for 169,980 Yen or approx. $1,897.

Computer peripheral maker Hercules is set to release their latest mini laptop for the US market. Known as the eCAFE EC-1000W, the netbook offers a 10-inch 1024 x 600 display, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, a 1GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a chiclet-style keyboard, a webcam, a 4-in-1 card reader, WiFi, a 6-cell battery and runs on Windows 7 Starter Edition OS. The eCAFE EC-1000W will be available in the US at some point for $399.

Philippine-based company Xitrix has begun selling their latest netbook ‘TravelPro M10′ in Philippine. This mini laptop is packed with a 10-inch 1024 x 600 LED backlight display, an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, an Intel GMA 950 graphics card, a 2GB DDR2 RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a 1.3MP webcam, an optional external DVD+RW drive, a multi-card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, 3G (optional), 3 USB 2.0 ports, a 3- or 6-cell battery and runs on Windows 7 Starter Edition. Price starts at 22,995 PHP (about $492).

iBuyPower today unveiled their first Intel Core i7 gaming laptop in the form of the Battalion 101 W870CU. The 17.3-inch notebook features a Full HD 1,920 x 1,080 resolution LCD with an nVidia GTX280 graphics, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, a 1GB nVidia GeForce GTX 280 GPU, up to 500GB of hard drive space or up tp 256GB of SSD, an optional Blu-ray drive, a built-in 7-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi and Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium. You can choose between Intel Core i7-720QM, Intel Core i7-820QM, or Intel Core i7-920XM (Extreme Edition) mobile processors. The Battalion 101 W870CU is priced at $2,114 upwards, depending on the specs.

MSI has recently released an updated version of its Wind U100 netbook series that comes with Windows 7 OS. However, the specs remain the same to the original version which include a 10.2-inch 1024 x 600 display, a choice of either a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU or a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 CPU, a 1GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a 1.3MP webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 3- or 6-cell battery. Unfortunately, this new model is only available in Europe at the moment.

Asus is ready to release their latest Eee PC netbook in the form of the Asus Eee PC 1101HA-WP. Available in black or white colors, the 11.6-inch netbook is powered by an Intel Atom Z520 processor with a 2GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, an Intel GMA 500 graphcis chipset, and Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium edition as its operating system. Its battery provides up to up to 8-hours of operating time. The new Asus Eee PC 1101HA-WP is priced at $610 (after conversion).

Haleron has added a new smartbook to its range by releasing the MIO. This compact system is powered by a VIA ARM 266MHz processor and sports a 7-inch display, a 128MB RAM, a 1GB hard drive, WiFi, an optional 3G USB modem, 3 USB ports, an SD card reader, a 6-hour battery and runs on Windows CE 6.0 OS. The MIO Smartbook retails for $189.
